Planned
prevention or reduction of pollution is cheaper than rectifying
after the event. In the UK we dispose of around 20 million tonnes
of refuse each year, 90% of this ends up in landfill sites. We use
approximately 750,000 tonnes of office paper and only 10% of this
is recycled. It therefore makes sense to minimise waste and pollution
to reduce long term costs, e.g. using recycled stationery and toner
cartridges.

products fall into this category either having a recycled content
or being made from 100% recycled material.
