In our drive to be the best Office Supplies Company in the UK, Ardent Office Solutions has gone
through a rebranding exercise to reflect the company’s major changes in products and services
and to reflect our future plans.
Our mission is to establish ourselves as a total office solutions provider for all products and services within the Office Supplies industry and in turn provide a cost efficient and quality services to all our customers.
Building on strong relationships and providing our customers with products and services that work for their business is the key to our success. An integral part of our rebranding was to reflect the separation of our products and services into specialist business divisions allowing our customers to easily access the information and support they need from an experienced team of specialists. Internally we looked at our current business practices and took the decision to create specialist teams to deal with specific roles which now include a customer service team whose primary role is to deal with the day to day account management of our customers, a new business team, and a customer development team who analyse customer ordering procedures and product selection to highlight potential product and administrative cost savings.
